Arranging Watchbox - normal or another watch colllectors quirk?
Like all watch collectors, I too like to keep my priced possession (watches) in watchboxes. But I get bored looking at them so rearrange them every week. This week’s theme is Black and White..
Do my fellow crunchers arrange and then rearrange watchboxes often?

I have recently started collecting watches, like 5 years ago. Love them for the art and engineering. And my wife doesn’t know how many watches I have.

I doubt I'd find anything if I did that!
I have found that I can spend more than enough time making sure all my watches, quartz and auto, are set to +/- TEN seconds… A fools errand perhaps but it makes me smile. Oh also I like to line em all up and hit em’ with a UV light and stare in wonder like cavemen seeing fire for the first time.

Also black and white here, but the arrangement is more permanent for me 😉 also pair similar styles e.g. black diver and white diver together

2 single winders
6 double winders
10 slots watch box/display
Three 3 slots watch rolls
One 6 slots watch roll
4 pieces in the drawers of two winders.
All filled up……oh, and all on display in my living room, and my wife LOVES it 😁

I like rearranging mine, too. I started by price or prestige, then sorted by watch type. Lately I’ve been sorting by accuracy. Makes it fun to change things up.
