Other than eBay offerings, I don’t see much about HMT.
Is HMT to India as Vostok is to Russia? (Simple rugged designs built in these countries for…ever? 🤷🏼♂️)

eBay is only place I found them. Most are repaired or modified. Easy to buy a Frankenstein watch. I Agee they are like Vostok. Another out of India is Titan, but I don’t know much about them.
They have a website for new models but like several other brands the distribution is very regional.
