Brought this on eBay a couple years ago. I've since sold it but it's a great way to experience a pie pan dial for under £400 if anyones ever wanted to scratch that itch

Personally I avoid Birth Year Watches because all the watches I've enquired about haven't been serviced. When buying from a dealer, at dealer prices, I expect a recent service.
I've found it's been better value to buy something working off ebay and get it serviced myself.
Personally I think the idea of a birth year watch is cool. Would love a pepsi gmt from 1988 but don't really want to spend 12 -13k of my watch budget on a vintage watch. Maybe I can get a constellation pie pan but not sure when they made them from.
Pretty much trawl eBay most days for old Omega's 😂👍🏻👍🏻
I can tell you right now, don't do it. The ebay vintage rabbit hole has no end and no one escapes

It's a hobby in itself 🤣
What about just an OP? They are amazing in real life. Every time I see one I want it! And they're in the low k's
Yeah I hear you. Good luck on your hunt, look forward to seeing your post on it!!
Love #vintage love #omega
Love them together
Vintage Omega is just about unbeatable imo
I love the lugs & hour markers on this watch, beautiful!
