Most of the watches I buy off eBay are fuelled by either caffeine or alcohol (or both). I regret nothing.
It's been a while, and it was a combination of the Covid lockdown, a beer, and the discovery of Jomashop. I bought an Ice Watch and a Seiko quartz chrono.
The damage was limited, and the chrono is nice enough to wear more often than I do.
