Integrated Bracelets?

I’ve been here about a week. I’m learning stuff but have questions too. 
Is this an integrated bracelet on this Citizen? I would like to switch to a leather strap. I picked it up used but it’s a bit tight on my wrist…hoping I can make it work. I like the watch but it’s a bit uncomfortable.

The style certainly is integrated bracelet but other pictures I've seen of this model suggest that it has lugholes but I have no idea if those are functional.  Maybe pop a springbar tool into them and see?  Citizen has been known to do weird lug widths as well so it might end up being more trouble than its worth.

I'm almost certain that if that bracelet comes off you'll need a custom strap to fit it.

Integrated bracelets/straps are a deal killer for me.
