Experiences with Nomos Club

I'm sending my Nomos Ace X Club to Watches of Switzerland branch for a check up.  I accidently knocked it on the wall and now it wouldn't move.  Are Nomos movements fragile?  Because it was was hardly a knock and there are no scratches at all.

The title to @Ichibunz 's next video is going to be:  "This is the Watch that CRUSHED Nomos"

The script practically writes itself.

Thanks.  Hopefully its a minor issue but having just bought the club in April, I really didn't expect this at all.

Im a fan of the ace version of the club. love the blue and orange. Hope it was just a small fix. Is yours the closed back or open back one?

I had exactly those symptoms. I would have to give the watch a good hard tap or shake to get it moving again. Also, a few times, when I looked at it, I realized it had lost like half an hour or more, like it had stopped and restarted again. I think I caught it stopped once or twice, and it took a good tap or shake to get to move. The watch is in for warranty repair as we speak.

This specific problem sounds like hands getting into each other’s way at certain positions. When I get a start/stop it is loose hands.

Mine is the open back.  The closed one was sold out quite a while ago but Ace Jewelers still had the open case back version so I got one. Its the Ace X Nomos club 36 limited edition of 100.
