Hey weedge. I hear you. If there are two cons to the watch they are the size and the strap it comes with. Unfortunately only one of those can be changed.
I do enjoy mine with the Batman bezel (yesterday’s WRUW choice). I hydro-modded it with silicone oil and added a date magnifier. It currently has a Barton Horween black leather racing strap (with blue stitching) and I also wear It with either a jubilee or oyster style bracelet from AliExpress.

Hi. Plenty of vids on Youtube for “hydro mod Duro” explaining it much better than I could. 😀 But the use of the silicone oil definitely improves legibility (especially in the water) and supposedly increases water-resistance. It‘s a fun mod. Many also do the same thing to the Casio MRW-200 (I did too).
