Following on from my thread about the usefulness of the second hand.
How about living without a minute hand?
I'll sit back and fan the flames. ๐
Slightly eccentric, wicked sense of humour. Self confessed watch cheapskate, who tinkers with watches. Love motorbikes, to date, I've ridden about 250,000 miles, 113,000 of which are on my BMW 1150GS....

Flames? What flames? We who get it, get it.
Those that don't can pound sand once they get off our lawn.
This watch was made in Belarus. The word is that their dictator, Lukashenko, was too cheap to allow spending money on more than one hand.
Second, owners of these watches do not care about accuracy. With these you cannot be more accurate than +/- 5 minutes.

You are wrong about the accuracy. Each hashmark is a five min increment. One can interpolate to a 2 min accuracy easily, one minute if you try harder.
