Lots of more legit watch sellers give similar specs. (Seiko from 𝘯𝘦𝘸 anyone?).
A lot can happen between the watchmakers and end user ... who could be half a world away.
Going through x-rays, sensors and electronic scanning equipment magnetism isn't only possible but probable - particularly with vintage, no matter the quality. And a lot of folks don't know how easily that's rectified. And there's all the shock related issues that can occur during transit.
If I was a retail seller I wouldn't be giving 𝘢𝘯𝘺 promises.

Those Indian watches are refurbished repainted old watches and will actually work when you get it. Not original in any way but they will tell time and are good for what you pay for them. You will get a deal but no vintage bargain. I'd buy one but I can build them easier.

Looks like an old Seiko 5 with a nice paint job. JLC never made those so replica fits better than fake here. Just like the 30 buck Rolex watches out there.
