We all yearn for a watch that keeps the best time. Then someone comes along and decides it's OK to ignore the fact that when the sun indicates midday, our timepieces are now an hour out. (or so, depending where we live🤪?

So what do people with sundials do?

I would say it's was easier living in Japan where daylight saving doesn't exist. But then again, I can't count the number of times I woke up in a panic because the sun was out at 4am

But they give it back in nine months, and you get that blissful extra hour of sleep. I'm trying to look at the bright side, quite against my nature. Who am I kidding, never mind. I'll go back to grousing about how much I'm going to hate getting up for work tomorrow.

It’s a good thing they do it on a Sunday because I sleep as late as my brain will allow.

Personally I think it's time (see what I did there! LOL!) to stop this "spring ahead" and "fall back" stuff ... how about a compromise? Next November roll the clocks back 1/2 hour and then leave it alone!
