I have been vacillating for months after learning Armitron re-introduced their 42mm Skeleton. When I received a 30% discount offer (making it only $115.50) it was time to push that order button.

Though it comes in both IP and stainless, I chose the latter. It’s a hefty beast at 184 grams, and is well-balanced by its 42mm case and generous bracelet. Its finishing is splendid, and its 21 jewel automatic hacking movement is handsomely-decorated.

I can truthfully report that I am done buying watches for some time…as this new Armitron scratches that elusive itch so many of us suffer.
