At first glance it look like a simple classy no nonsense watch. The date wheel at 6 o’clock give it a boos in points in my book. 2 handed Watch is also noticed and doesn’t bother me.
Looks like a good no nonsense dress watch well done. I’m a recent convert to Raymond Weil after I got the Freelancer gmt (unfortunately wasn’t able to get a deal as good as yours). I think they deserve a bit more attention.
RW has made some interesting watches in the past, I'm not very well versed on their current stuff. I only would stay away from the "all over plated" models. They have lightly gold plated brass backs and are not very long lived if abused at all.
My father introduced me to the brand last year and I got a smokin' deal on this one early this year. The sapphire AR is second to none in my collection.

Its a timeless look tho, but get it in more economic with “titan edge” . RW with Sqaure dial has a lot more sense n presence

Looks very formal and posh
Certainly an absolute bargain 👍🏻👍🏻

I love RW watches. I got bought a Tango for my 21st so I've always have a soft spot for them.
They're one of those brands that go under the radar but those that own one know what they're getting.
I was really into getting one of their black skeleton watches but then I tried it on and the lug to lug was too big for my wrist, I was gutted!
Lovely brand
