It is an ancient traditional Italian knife with cartridge extractors for shotguns, more precisely a “Mugellano”.
It is typical of an area of Tuscany called "Mugello" from which the knife also takes its name.
It was produced in the city of Scarperia, the historic homeland (along with Maniago) of the Italian cutlery tradition

Awesome. The bolster is a great touch and bails aren’t too common nowadays even on traditional pocket knives.
