Certainly not apples to apples as far as appearance goes, but I'd go with the Circula. I went to the DC show last year and didn't even have them on the radar but after trying on a few watches I was really surprised by the build quality...way above the price point...ended up purchasing a Supersport Diver and the Pro Trail may be my next
For the Hamilton...I was at my Hamilton AD this weekend and like anyone I was excited to see the new Khaki...it looked great in person...no issues with fit...but the bezel action just completely threw me off...not sure I've ever had that happen before but it was an immediate no

I like the Expedition in principle, and I've just bought a Hamilton myself which I love, but I'd definitely want to check the bezel quality out before buying as I've heard they're not great.
I love Hamilton as a brand (I have two) but would probably pick the Circula. That sand dial is spectacular, surface hardened case, great antimagnetic spec, German quality.
