The most basic Casio digitals have one thing that G-Shocks lack: Under-sleeve wearability. From the other side, they have just one alarm, only 1h stop watch, no timer and usually lousy back light.
I have no need for a world timer, but they do look cool, plus the Royale has all of these featured for basically the same price as a basic Casio. Alas, it's rather big and thick. Not too much, but it stops being that good compared to my G-Shock.
And then I found the A500. It lacks the "eye", but it's considerably more compact and elegant. And... the water resistance is gone. Still, a huge improvement upon my F-105W. I can't take it swimming either.
So, which one would you get?

The Casio WS1600
I don't like digital watches. It's like looking at my phone.

What do you like most about it, though? :)

Understandable. :) None can beat analogue watches in looks or feeling.

The legibility and increased area for the actual time display. Just a cleaner looking dial for me. But I also have the Royale and love it too. The 1600 just has become better for me for those reasons. Has pretty much all the same functions with a different dial layout 👍
#godtier I'll pick and have both 🤣

Don't let your phone hear you say that 😜
