That’s a small selection. Mine is Certina.

Should have been an option for Apple Watch…

E. Other ✔

Timex, followed later by Casio

But before any of that I had a child's Mickey Mouse watch (Disney branded)

·

I chose G Shock because although my first watch wasn't a G Shock, one soon  followed and since then I've always had at least one and at one time five. So they did kind of open the gate to collecting in a way and I can't ever see myself not having a G Shock or two in the box so I also see it as the gatekeeper.

·

None of the above it was actually an SKX that got me started as an adult. Being a small child I wore some kind of Timex.

·

Poljot Buran ~2000

·

Timex, because back when I was a kid(90's) Timex was the brand the cool kids wanted.

This was back when Indiglo was new, and Casio didn't have anything that came close.

None.  Mine was a Seiko DX in 1973

·

Wore a Gshock in highschool as a scrawny kid...felt like the coolest person ever. Thanks for the memory reminder

·

E. None of the above -

My first good watch was a Citizen Eco-Drive Skyhawk Blue Angels Titanium (2nd Gen)...but the one that got me well and truly hooked was my first automatic -- a Victorinox Ambassador.

If I made it 6 or 8 (or even 10) Certina would not be a selection… a little too high end for a beginner watch (good for you).
