Hello, it’s great to be here. didn’t know this place existed until watching a video by the mad watch collector. currently I am wearing my citizen avion chronograph eco drive I’m my left, and my escapement time type b flieger on the tight. I am one of those odd people that wears two. but generally I like to have a chronograph of some description on my left. usually use it to time my dinner. then I’ll have a mechanical in my right. because mechanical watches are dope as heck.

Hello and welcome! Doing the ol' Schwarzkopf, are you? I must admit I have considered wearing two watches myself, but I already get enough grief from my wife about my collecting. 🤣 I am wearing my Tissot PR100 Powermatic 80 today, but sadly that is the only one. 😢

That’s awesome, great looking watch. and yep I sure am. might seem a little odd to some, but two watches let’s me have twice the fun lol. I am currently saving up for a Hamilton interstellar “coop” myself. it might Be a little bit, but I’m very exited at the idea of getting my first big brand watch.

I have considered a Coop, but I would rather have a Murph and may try to add one to my collection in 2023. I would also love to get a Ventura at some point. I do have a hand-wind Khaki with the date, but that is my only Hamilton currently.
😕 Your first big brand watch? 😕 Sorry to disagree with you, but you already have a big brand watch on your left wrist; your Citizen Avion. 😉 Citizen is a pretty big company, and they are getting a lot of notice right now because of their new hi-beat automatic movements, which are also released as Miyota third party movements.

Yes the murph is really cool too. I am a flieger fiend however. so the coop really appeals to me.
you are definitely correct that citizen is a big brand by all respects. I should have been more specific and said that it’s my first Swiss watch.

That I understand. I remember well buying my first Swiss watch, and my first Swiss automatic as well. I actually bought a quartz Victorinox field watch early in my collecting.
