This week's duo
TURTLE POWER. Okay okay, neither of these are a Seiko, but the G Shock reminds me of a ninja turtle (can you imagine it in green, that middle seconds counter in purple, red, orange, or blue? Yellow lettering in matching color) and the Citizen reminds me of Gamera.
Last week I mostly wore my DW-5600 and my shiny Seiko chronograph. So this is my second week of trying to wear only a couple of watches over a few days,a "beater" and a "nice" watch. Those 2 seemed pretty far from each other. The G Shock, square and black, stealthy, utilitarian. The seiko, blasting white and chrome, a bit hard to read, round. This week, i feel like the duo for this week are a bit more similar. Both have touches of yellow, are round, seem indestructible, and have echoing bands. The Casio is a bit more "basic"as far as G Shocks go, the Citizen is straight up extra.
