It is a Monster, but I also have a King Samurai I'm thinking of removing the cyclops from.

I am debating the same thing with my king samurai. Just need a caseback removal tool to feel comfortable with doing it.

Looks good! I did this same thing to mine shortly after I picked up this generation of Monster. It looks so much better without the magnifier.
