Brands that value their customers

Hi Watch fam

Just want to ask about experiences that you have recieved from a particular watch brand that value your custom.  A watch brand that has gone out of their way to make you feel that you are a valued customer.

My favourite brand is Vacheron Constantin because of the beautiful time pieces they produce and the level of customer services they offer.  I was lucky enough last year to aquire a grail piece of mine from the maison.  During the process (like every other time) they make an effort to be in constantly communition with you in sourcing the time piece.  They walk you through the seemless easy payment options.  Book a one to one allocated time at the boutique for collection. Not only do you offer you the boutique experience, they offer you allocated time with their in house watchmaker to talk through the process in in the levels of detail in how they produce the watch.  History about the brand and showcase you watches that might interest you.

The aftercare is outstanding.  They are in constant communition about new releases.  I even recieved a free book for my birthday.  I have receieved one to one private viewings at the boutique showcasing past timepieces.  I have even received a free service of a watch.   They are very transparent and even put me on shorter waiting lists as they say "welcome to the Vacheron Constantin family" everytime into the boutique for a browse, it's the same people most of the time and all seem to know you or introduce themselves to you.

I have a vast collection of watches at all price points and feel this is the only watch brand that has gone out of the way to make me feel a valued customer.

Be great to hear from you all about any other positive experiences you have had with any other brands.

Many thanks

I’ve had a great experience with Borealis. They’re really quick to answer every query I’ve sent them, whether it was regarding a purchase I was thinking about or just something that I was curious about. I had an issue with the bracelet on my Sintra and they sent the replacement out immediately and I got it that week, and when I pre-ordered the new Sea Storm Mk2 I got a nice e-mail thanking me for ordering a second watch from them. I appreciate small touches like that.
Clemence Watches have also been great, and the owner Tom took the time to meet me when I was in Edinburgh and show me the watch I was interested in.

Tell Harrods about their spelling mistake — maybe they will give you a discount as thanks. :)

Its nice to get the feeling that they appreciate your patronage and are not just looking at you like an ambulatory ATM.

I’ve heard Bremont and Christopher Ward have incredible customer service as well.

Never experienced just heard from multiple people.

Most small micro brands for me.

I have a few pieces in my collection from small brands and had a fantastic relationship with all the owners.

All great guys, with true commitment to their offerings and brands.

Angus from Alsta is a true gentleman, when I needed a hand he didn’t hesitated and went out of his way to help me. Just outstanding level of costumer support.

Alex from Roue might be the coolest guy to walk the southern hemisphere. Fantastic design sensibilities and genuine style informed by experience.

Yellow crystal gaskets!
It’s one of the best strokes of design genius I have ever seen.

Erik from ECA is a maverick and an true original.
We will still have to find an occasion  for that beer, and I will probably surrender a fist full of dough at the sight of his latest release.

Hand written notes and communicative to their clientele by normal, regular guys bringing something well thought out to the watch world.

That’s not just value, it’s consideration in my book 😉

Lorier is another name I'd throw into this ring.

Every time I've ever reached out, they responded promptly and extremely friendly. Whether it was a question, an issue, or just to see if I could squeeze some secret information out -- always the nicest people!
