Ok. I bought it through Chrono24. It belonged to the goalie of the Finnish national hockey team (!).
Tourby is a small company in Hagen, a town in Westphalia Germany 🇩🇪.
They make beautiful watches and use Unitas/ETA movements. The levels of finish on the movement vary. This has a basic decoration:

You can ask them to make personal changes to your watch, within reason - they make them for you specifically.
