Why would you loose the warranty? The warranty is connected to the watch, not to the seller. The date on the warranty card is the date an AD sold the watch for the first time. That’s the start of the warranty.
The only thing you „loose“ is the time the watch sits at the grey dealer. If the warranty card says January, but you buy it in July, you „lost“ 6 months of the warranty but that’s it.
