Clean or Lively Dial

Liking the sub seconds hand on the dial, I do see the why some preferred the clean dial without the sub seconds ticking.

Maybe it would be more “Panerai” with 12/3/6/9 on the dial, especially with this sandwich dial.

And I do like to see the watch be a “alive” when i start winding it on this hand wound movement.

What is your take? Can you get over a dial without second hand? Or you don’t mind it?

Agreed, definitely better with the subseconds 👍🏻👍🏻

Awesome watch 💪🏻

Personally, I have to have a seconds hand. Part of my joy is watching the hand tick smoothly around the dial. Plus I am too anal to not stop and reset the watch every few days to exact time. Can’t do it without a second hand 😂

Prefer the small seconds design

Without a seconds hand, how do you set the time? And please don’t tell me yall just get “close enough”. Hahaha.

Yes i am with you, the exact time for me is important, not sure why, not to say i have a plane to fly…😅

But exact second can be done provided the second hand can be hacked… luckily this watch can which is a surprise. Because the other panerai watch that i owned, doesn’t…😔

Whatcha selling😁?

This is classic Panerai. Definitely needs the sub seconds!

Definitely better with sub seconds hand. Adds some good asymmetry. Have a Panerai inbound now, probably here tmrw.
