1970s Tianjin branded ST5 movement watch from Tianjin Sea-Gull
Tianjin branded watches were a second grade version of the first grade Dongfeng (later Sea-Gull) branded watches, but they're generally well built (and rarer than the Sea-Gull ST5s).

I like the dial. It has a 70/80's vibe to me. Any wrist shots? Also where did you get it?

The wrist shots from this shoot were really average with poor lighting and didn't catch the red "meatball" on the seconds hand or the silver of the hands, but here you go. The watch is a late 70s piece.
This particular watch was a kind gift from a fellow collector (thank you Henry!) but the best place for westerners to find similar pieces is Taobao, or sometimes Ebay, but there's a lot of NOS from parts on Ebay as opposed to fully original pieces. Mind you, there's doubtful pieces on Taobao, too, but more fully legit stuff.
I don't know the seller personally, but this looks OK to me (no guarantees 🤝), and there are certainly pieces the seller has that interest me, and that I'd risk buying.
