Doubled My “Collection”
Now I have 2 watches. A Seiko Speedtimer SSC813 & my first automatic, CW Aquitaine, which arrived yesterday.
Very happy with the purchase. Feels great on wrist, bezel is aligned, crown action is smooth, date flipped over on schedule and without issue :)
I’m now researching 22 millimeter waterproof straps as I do plan to submerge this.
Strap knowledge / suggestions appreciated.

Nice pair of watches. Lots of options on Amazon but I’ve gone with Barton quick release ones.
A sail cloth strap would look great on the CW. Artem makes really good ones. A little expensive but you truly get what you pay for with those straps imo
I would look at a bracelet or an FKM rubber strap, I think StrapHabit does a nice ribbed FKM with quick release pins for a good price.

I've gotten some nice flourorubber straps from Bisonstraps on Amazon.

As a fellow C65 Aquitaine owner I would recommend picking up the matching bracelet from CW. It’s extremely comfortable and balances the watch very well. Otherwise, like others have said an FKM tropic strap looks great on them too. I swap between the bracelet and a tropic quite a bit.
