I wanted this watch since its announcement earlier this year but unfortunately sold out within seconds of launching. The mother of pearl dial is absolutely stunning and I really wanted to get my hands on this piece. I was on the website, watching the countdown, added to my cart immediately and…… it sold out by the time I clicked purchase 😫

I thought that was it and left it. This week, I was just browsing some online stores as we do and I happened upon this. The watch I initially wanted and didn’t have to wait long to receive it. I am absolutely thrilled!

I am excited to see how this piece ages and how the colours will play with the pearl on the dial. As the case ages the inside will maintain it’s beauty. Maybe I’ll do an update photo in the coming weeks.

This wouldn't be a watch for me, but at the same time there's something fantastic about that dial, also the case and crown are very nice, for instance I could say the same about the Reverso, great watch, but not for my wrist.

I know exactly what you mean. There are watches I appreciate but just know I could never wear them. I was getting a bit worried when this was on the way as it is my first sub 40mm watch. Wasn’t sure how it was going to wear but I’m happy with it

That dial and trademark Zelos lume is amazing

Looks like the sort of thing a Victorian time traveller would wear! Very interesting, can't say I've seen anything like it.

As you say, wouldn't be for me but I can appreciate it at the same time.
