Personally, I would have it on a good quality fabric nato blue with silver stripes,or visa versa,to me that strap doesn't seem to quite gel with the watch,so in short ditch it.
The colour works fine in my opinion but I'm not a NATO fan so I'd be looking for something similar in a standard strap.
The color looks OK, but I'd suggest going for the Omega rubber strap, which has an integrated look that I personally feel elevates an already beautiful watch.
You like it. The watch looks incredible on that blue leather NATO. I have to second tempus. The Omega rubber strap is incredible and so much more comfortable than you can imagine.
