ANA-DIGI watch construction

A rarity of a watch construction, combining classic analog hands with LCD screen technology. The LCD is two very thin layers of glass with a chemical trapped between them that can be turned on or off. Incredibly power efficient. 1092 separate segments makes this one of the most complex ever produced. The real crazy part is that to fit the stem for the analog hand a tiny hole is drilled through the two layers of glass.

Chip technology made it possible for us to capture all of the horological insights we were looking for and display it intuitively in the live 24-hour faceplate.

The Swiss Ronda motor driven hand in the YES WorldWatch V7 was slowed from 12 hours down to 24 via the master chip. It sets itself when switching location or DST comes around.
