Watch movement performance
I have a sellita SW200 movement in one of my watches. It's about a year old. It's consistently run at +8 seconds a day. All of a sudden it seems to be performing at around +1. Any reasons why this would happen ? Never happened on any of my previous watches !

In theory watch movements do slow down as they break in, then stay reasonably constant, although they do lose a little more as the years go on. Fortunately the SW200 is extremely easy to regulate yourself, as it has a single screw micro adjust
