Anyone know how to tighten the circled part below of a fold over clasp? This one does the good ol’ jingly-jangly of a loose-fit fold over. I’m decently handy with watch parts, so I think it’s a fairly easy fix for me as long as I know what I’m doing.
And I feel like I must say, no hate on Arethusa watches! Got this in a sale for just over $200 and it’s a really solid watch… except for this one part!
Your thoughts and suggestions are welcome!

You can try to carefully pinch the ends together to see if it will get a better bite. But beware there is a chance you will destroy it.
Get some pliers, wrap the ends in tape to prevent scratches and bend the sides just a little.
I think you’d be better off just replacing it with a generic clasp. Alternatively, reach out to the brand and see if they’ll ship you one for a small fee
Let us know if you find anything that works. I have a few of those jangly fold-overs, too, and I would like to know if you are successful in finding a fix.
That is stainless and hard to bend. I would use a hammer with that part wrapped in leather
Worst case scenario, you could buy a decent clasp similar to those on Strapcode bracelets from Aliexpress for $8 and replace yours.
Thanks to all, I think I’ll try the pliers/hammer route and see what happens. Figure worse case I can always buy a new clasp, though I’d love to keep the one with the original branding of course.
