I like mine. Lug to lug is a tad big, but very handy. And the price was right! (issued gear, sometimes Uncle Sam does ok 😏).
Only real drawback was I actually don't like the negative lcd, harder to read through eye protection in some circumstances.
And ABC watches are surprisingly good for outdoor hiking. I usually set mine up to alarm when there is sudden changes in atmospheric pressure/temps. That way you know if a storm is coming. Or water is headed your way if in lowlands/canyon.
PS - JayandKays on eBay is a Godsend if you want to upgrade to some type of strap. They sell quality made adapters for most things Suunto.

Once you go Suunto Black…do you ever go back?
As worn by the great Denzel Washington in the Equalizer 😀

Ohhhh never knew that. Like having watches worn in movies.
