Thanks for the thorough review. This was the first time we designed a watch with a rubber and nylon combo strap and you're right, it's not great. Just like you said, it's just too stiff.

Yes Asterisk is legit. Customer service forgot to connect social media messages to the ticketing system and no one was manually checking IG, FB, or TT messages
