Unexpected addition to my collection
This was an unexpected/lucky find. This dial is quite eye catching in my opinion so I bought this watch as "broken" just to see it in person. Poor dude was missing top chronograph pusher but I found a replacement, now I am still waiting on the new crystal, the case and bracelet have some scratches that need to be taken care of as well. Overall I am pleased with this purchase and it's ticking again 👌

I have always had interest in everything mechanical and since 2019 that has transferred to watches. Since then I have started collecting and tinkering with them. So yeah, I am a watch collector now :)

Fossil seems to be not very well thought of, but they've produced some really fine looking and distinctive watches like your blue one here.
Does it really need a new crystal and case polishing? It looks really good on my screen already.

I also don't think of them highly but this this time I was pleasantly surprised. Also this is a hommage to Tag Heuer Monza so no points for originality.
Light and reflections in the photo don't really show the scratches but there is a ton, really. And the crystal that is currently on it is new but only 1mm thick instead of 2mm. I had this one lying around so I popped it in until the new one comes.
All in all it will look even better when I am done with it, I hope so at least 😂🍻
