New watch day!!!
I've been eyeing a GMT for a while and deciding between this Christopher Ward C63 sealander GMT 36 or the Longines spirit Zulu time 39. Decided on the CW for my smaller wrist and couldn't be happier with the fit. I also didn't like the lack of a quick set date with the zulu's true GMT movement. I like to rotate watches and think having to go through the extra hassel to set the date everytime I went to put it on would turn into a pain. What do you guys think?

Thanks! I don't think you would go wrong with either. It really comes down to preference in my opinion you could easily pull off both. As far as the bezel goes, another reason I picked the 36 is bc I felt like the bezel to dial ratio looked better. Can't say for sure though as I haven't seen the 39 in person. Looks great on you ! Just like @Donster_125 I'm also torn between 36 and 39mm, same wrist size around 6.5". It will be my main concern for the next 9 months until the time to burn the VISA

I'm in the US and I've never seen a CW in the flesh. Did you purchase locally or have to order? If ordered, how was the process and ship time? Also, did you size it yourself and was it pretty straightforward? How is the time keeping? My wrist size is 7.25 so I'd go with the 39mm, just cant decide on a color.

I bought it straight from their site. Shipping was pretty quick, I got it within a week. They charge duties up front which I believe expedites the shipping. I had CW size it, my wrist is 6.25in and they even used half links. Perfect fit right out of the box. I don't really measure the time keeping in spd or anything but I haven't noticed any differences in terms of minutes. Definitely impressed with the brand and the quality. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was that when they sized it they didn't ship the extra links they removed. In my opinion if they were going to keep the links they shouldn't have charged for sizing. But like I said overall impressed. EDIT: CW did send the links, I must have overlooked them in my excitement.
