I own this Panerai Luminor Due in 42mm.
But since the Quaranta is out I am constantly hesitating on selling this one and buying the new Quaranta (blue or black). I would love the tougher look and the more utilitatian black dial with the blue seconds hand but I also love the sunburst dial on this one.. and 2 Panerai? does that even make sense? does the Luminor Due with only 30m waterresistence make sense or should a Panrai always be tough?
What do you think?

this sunburst dial is beautiful, although 42mm looks a little bit too big on your wrist, and water resistant is a bit too low. probably the quaranta makes more sense with smaller diametre and better water resistant
Panerai is not a trustworthy brand nowadays, I would steer clear
I have to admit I just skimmed that link, but it seems like the gist of it is that Panerai is calling a 2892 with a chronograph module "in-house".
Kind of bogus, but they're not the first, and they won't be the last.

Thank you :) and yes the 42mm is big, the quaranta is actually the same lug to lug.
