[Who drew that line?] - Shoutout to Sternglas, an amazing German microbrand, NOT just another fashion brand.
Just wanted to give a shoutout to Sternglas – a brand that's been impressing me lately. Their use of the fantastic Bauhaus design on their watches is seriously on point.
I've got to say, the watch movement they offer in relation to the price is pretty darn good.
Now, about the Naos model – the minor changes they've made in the latest versions have taken it up a notch. It's even better now.
I think it's important to highlight that Sternglas isn't just another fashion watch brand. It's not fair to categorize it like that. It's more than that. It's a brand that watch enthusiasts like us can appreciate. So, if you're on the lookout for an amazing Bauhaus design at a reasonable price, Sternglas is definitely worth checking out.

The company is headquarter in Hamburg, Germany, so I was inclined to purchase one of their watches, as I was a student in the city years ago. Then I looked at the brand story, and the "designed in Hamburg". I left it at that.
I can see why you like them. I would like to have a Naos quartz. It has the classic Bauhaus look but not at Junghans or Nomos prices.

What reply excactly you wanted from the customer support? Something like “we are sorry that you haven’t checked properly the pictures online showing that the gmt ring printed numbers are very small and you can’t see them at a glance. We will refund you in full and offer a voucher for your mistake. Aa you can also keep the watch!!”

My point is.. that’s the design of the watch. If you don’t like it you don’t buy it or at least return it unused under the 30 day free returns. bashing the brand just because you made a bad decision is not appropriate eapecially when saying that it’s worst than a fashion brand. Regarding low quality straps, I still need to find brand selling a watch for under €500 to offer a decent strap (apart from chinese “homage/copies”) Please note that I’m just an enthusiast who doesn’t own one but is considering one of their 38mm.
