It is the final purchase (USD 500) [Tarantantan, tarantantantan]

I believe that I got a well-rounded collection for myself and my lifestyle. https://www.watchcrunch.com/thiago/posts/sotc-2022-mid-range-watch-collection-12-pieces-full-thought-process-24799 Recently I replaced the Seiko 5 SNZF15 with a CW C63 Sealander GMT and now it is time for the Seiko 5 SRPD55K1 to go. The last timepiece that I plan to replace, so I can consider my collection as done! I am considering 2 options: The classic Hamilton Khaki Field Robust but not chunky. It goes well with a denim jacket and pair of boots. The new Baltic HMS 003 I still have that salmon crave from a few years ago and I still remember that worn and wound limited edition Baltic released a few years ago... Am I missing any other watch around USD 500 that could fit in my collection? Suggestions are more than welcome. I highly recommend trying the Khaki Field in a boutique before committing to a purchase. It wears deceptively big for a 38mm due to the long and almost-straight lugs. It didn't work for my 6.5' wrist and I was unimpressed after so much hype online.

The Khaki Field is the safe choice, there's a reason many watch fans have that watch. But that salmon Baltic is just to good to be ignored. As someone who likes to collect watches based on their colours, my suggestion is to choose the one with the colour that you didn't have yet.

A couple of shades of copper/salmon with a sector dial, it's not a hard choice for me.
