Submariner 14060M with the glass changed

Hey all, I came across a shop that sells a 14060M (no date, with the 2-liner on the dial) for about GBP 8,200 / $10,500. It's in pretty good condition, with a few barely noticeable scratches on the bezel, which I personally don't mind. The only catch is the glass which has been changed. Is it a big deal?

Does the watch come with papers?

I would check the crystal if it is genuine Rolex made one for the watch.
