What do these markings represent?

I was wondering if someone might be able to educate me on the meaning of the marking on the back of my Sinn 303 chronograph. The markings I'm concerned with are the ones marked:

Q=160, S=180, T=190, H=210, V=240, W=260 and V=300

I suspect that it's likely something obvious that I'm missing.

On a related note, I'd appreciate it if anyone could help me understand what the single screw on the outside of the bottom left lug is for.

That's a screw plug on the lug. Normally there is a Copper sulfate capsule to pull moisture out of the case. But some folks do not wish to utilize that system so Sinn does sell a screw plug for that port.

Unsure of the codes but am pretty certain is part of the specs/tech certifications system?

Awesome - very much appreciated !!

I had heard of the dehumidifying technology before, but didn't realize that there was an available screw plug for that port - I had been expecting to see the blue indicator, so thought that this was something unrelated.

There is a ton of great info on that Sinn tech page.

Echo with @biglove

I only know about the plugs, unsure about those markings🙇🏻‍♂️

I thought of things like hardness in vickers, stuff along those lines but it doesnt seem to add up.

THANK YOU !!

I guess it makes sense in a very weird sort of way. The Sinn 303 is described as an automotive enthusiasts chronograph, so showing metric speed ratings seems plausible.

Damn, I would never have guessed that.

Great detective work, my friend.

You should have a look here: https://www.sinn.de/en/Instruction_manuals.htm If you will not find what you need, I would contact directly kundendienst@sinn.de. If you will indicate the serial number and you will add some pictures of the watch, they will certainly help you!!

That screw plug is incredibly  cold. I didn't  know this was even a thing!

I knew about the copper sulfate but had no idea about the speed ratings for tires, thanks for the new knowledge!
