The case back features the grid pattern familiar to anyone who had one of the toys in the early 1980s.

That this is referred to as the "Autobot" may give pause to those among us who are more of the Decepticon persuasion, and I will be monitoring my feeds for what must be an obvious purple/Megatron styled version soon.

I like it, but I try to only buy homages of watches I dream of and cannot afford. I'd be more likely to get a homage Tuna, but its still better than that thing Swatch is selling!
