Thrift find: $10 Brand New Vostok Amphibia Scuba Dude
I stopped in at a local thrift shop on my way to the hardware store. They usually have a few railroad pocket watches, a few Michael Kors watches, and the occasional G-Shock. Near the back of the display case I saw a stickered Vostok Amphibia Scuba Dude in its original black box. I asked the cashier how much and, much to my delight, she said $10. I know it’s not the most expensive watch to begin with, but for less than the price of the paper towels and Saran Wrap I left the house for, I think I got an alright deal 😎
