American Manufacturing: Who's making parts?

I'm curious what US based companies are manufacturing parts from scratch for watches under $5k.

Not just assembly, but actual manufacturing of parts.

It doesn't have to be the entire watch, just a case or a dial, or even a crown.

I'm aware of Weiss, one model from Vero, and then Vortic and their upcoming Colorado watch Co.

Are there any others out there?

Thanks!

Nice!

Ares is new to me.

I'm familiar with Sel, but I thought they were pretty well north of $5k. The bracelet they do looks awesome. I'd love to see what Sangin is working on.

Fine Timepiece Solutions in Arizona partners with several brands for assembly but does make their own quartz modules. Islander Watches uses them in at least one model.

Dream, affordable, tool watch, would be a HAQ variant of this, on an oil filled made in US, Destro dive watch.

The Tesseract dial is made in the USA😀

I love how that name plate shows the screw heads!

I may be wrong about the question parameters, but my favourite american brand is RGM Watch Co.

Towson Watch Company in Maryland also comes to mind.

·

Ginault.

The praise is definitely deserved and I'm positive they make the closest thing to a Rolex Sub this side of the pond.

The movements are Swiss and bracelets chinese but my understanding is everything else is made and CNCd in the US.

They definitely fit.I had to double check, and I never realized RGM had watches under 5k. Lol Towson is new to me as well. Thanks!

They are trying to expand their production and partnerships beyond movements with the goal of a "Made in the USA" watch. I can't wait for the first FTS watch completely manufactured in the US.

This is my all time favourite from RGM, I've had sleepless nights over this thing, I must have it!

Are they manufacturing all the parts for the movements or just assembling the parts? It's not really clear to me.

Do you know which parts they are manufacturing? A lot of the language on the website is about assembly.

I almost forgot to add Timex to this list.

Their "American Documents" series is US made with the exception of the movement. Case, glass, dial, crown, I'm not sure about the hands, but that would be cool too.

This has got to be the most affordable watch with US parts in it, no?
