Yeah. I got one of their automatic dress watches with their in-house movement a few months back. That one arrived 2 hours fast a day. It was obviously bad so I sent it back for repairs because it was past the refund period. Else I would've returned it.
I figured this being a quartz there'd be no way they can mess the QC up but... I was sorely mistaken 😂
I already had an issue with another watch because they sent it 2 hours a day fast. They sent it back with a slightly misaligned date wheel but running properly. I accepted my fate there.
I'm in a similar situation now with the second hand misalignment. I'm not going to bother sending it back but 2 out of 2 is pretty sad 😂
To the US the shipping includes customs usually but yes... I've heard horror stories of people having to pay ridiculous fees for customs to release them :/.
What I can suggest is joining the FB group for Zelos and trying to find a seller within your country. People trade watches there all the time.
