Modeling different sizes: 34, 35, 36, 37mm width

So meticulous, but width determines a lot. This case shape makes the size decision tricky. It's generally square, but features big rounded corners. F91 is 34mm wide which is too small. I've got a Freestyle Shark that is 37mm wide which wears just a big bigger than I'd prefer. For the record, the medium Cartier Santos is 35mm wide.

The plan is to 3D print these to test physically.

While I'm here, I'm iterating on lug design. You actually don't see typical lugs on digital watches, which I find pretty odd. Extended lugs will leave more space in the case so the module can fill the dial face. Proper lugs allow for wearing different straps — the WIS dessert.

Looks awesome! I would go for 35 with the lug design of the orange (37mm?) variant.
