3D printed prototypes are in
4 sizes: 34, 35, 36, & 37mm width. Lug holes work! 20mm lug width on all. 37mm Seiko 5 case and 40mm Yacht Timer case for comparison.
Getting the case size right is tough. We all know what we like with round cases, but squares are totally different. These rounded square shapes feel similar to a round case +2.5mm wider.
Currently, I’m liking the 35mm size. I hope it’s the sweet spot where more people feel comfortable wearing it. Small enough for teens but big enough for daddies.
I used Treatstock to order these from a local printer. Nice work!
