Anyone own, or used to own, a TAG Heuer 1000?

I used to own one around 1990, absolutely blue dial. It was quite beautiful. I sold it to buy a power amp. They seemed to have disappeared. Was wondering if anyone on the site has or had one.

I don’t have a Tag 1000, but I have this 2000 in my collection. Same era, I think later 90’s! This is a quartz.

The 1000 series with the monin case are very collectable now & a lot of the best ones have been up by collectors. They regularly go for £1,500 & up!

Thanks for sending. It looks great on your arm. My 1000 was also a quartz, I think I bought it around 1989-1990. They seemed to have vanished.

Yes indeed, I’ve owned MANY of the 1000 series. Great watches with a timeless look! Still plenty around just watch out for franken watches (usually lower end versions made to look like higher end versions).
