Question for those who've bought from AliX

I ordered a San Martin (my first) on 11/11. The watch shipped a few days later with a due date here of 11/30. The watch arrived here in Seattle early on 11/21 and has been "Out for delivery" for 4 days now. I fear that there is a delivery problem of some sort and worry about getting my watch or even losing my money. To those of you with experience, Is this normal? Should I be worried?

Call the carrier.

I tried to do that but can't find a contact number or email for Global Express. Guess I'll have to wait and hope.

I've bought quite a few things from Ali express. One of the failures, was ordering a denagnetuser, but a compass turned up instead. Gets even vetter🙄, the red paint was on the south pole.

I was refunded and got to keep the compass, but binned it after a while.

Something else was a few weeks overdue, I was refunded.

I finally got my notice, the watch has been returned to AliX, USPS couldn't deliver for some reason. I was a little worried because AliX required me to give my address a certain way and I've had trouble getting mail delivered using that format before. So next question is, how long before I get my refund? Weeks, months?

It depends on the seller. Message the seller directly and they should respond within a day or two. You may have to open a dispute to get a refund. I order from AliEx from time to time, and things do happen. Most of the time, shipping is successful, but every now and again, something like this happens. You’ll get refunded, but how quickly can depend on the seller.

Of course, USPS, one of the biggest bureaucracies in the world, can figure out how to track a package to my city, notify me it's here, then send me a message saying it can't be delivered and has been returned. Yet they can't figure out how to send me a message with an address saying, "Your package is here. Come and get it." . 🥺
