I've noticed that many Asian companies (predominantly) will have all encompassing companies. From the manufacturing of the machine to make their produts to transportation (cargo ships) and freight (containers).
Fuji Heavy Industries (Subaru), Hyundai, Epson, and now, like you posted, Citizen (the list can go on and on). Then all it is, is to make these products available to their customer base.
I know I'm simplifying everything...
