This is one of the first watches that joined my collection in 2020 and perhaps one of the most reliable watches I have ever had. Sporty yet elegant enough for a dress watch, the watch has earned the nickname Amphibianerai after its sandwich dial and numbers, which resemble those of a much more expensive Panerai.
Maybe the only setback I find is the faux brown leather strap, which is a tad small for my wrist. A NATO or an authentic leather strap would be a suitable replacement.

Niiiiiiiice. Looks like a scubadude got dressed up for a night on the town. Good old Boctok can do some interesting stuff when not bound to images of militaria. I'm a bit of a sucker for a nice sunburst and I imagine that dial would glow in the sun.
I've only opened my Komandirskie once to give the regulation a little nudge and with beginner's luck it keeps better time than a Seiko 7S26 auto I have. As for reliability I wind it and it runs, I don't expect any less than that in this day and age.
I purchase one a while ago its takes 4 month for me taken get it. I should be here on the 20th of this month. Wonder why it takes long some say they send them watches here on Cargo ships.

No sunburst effect on the dial, but it has a decent lume. It keeps time beautifully, and I have never regulated the movement.
I own two Amfibia, one is a 420379, which based on the 420 case is the smallest. The other is a slightly larger 710640. I moded both with after market bezels, signed crowns and silicone straps. They are fun watches, easy to maintain and wears surprisingly well - the 710 feels on my wrist pretty much like a mini-Turtle.
They both keep good time and are trouble free. However the finish is so bad that these are the only watches I ever had to smooth their raw edges with a sanding stick. The lume is also pathetic, but all that is part of the experience because in Communist Russia The Amfibia watch you.

I love the 710640 mod. Thanks for sharing it with us.
