Baume & Mercier - Hampton

What was Baume & Mercier thinking with this all black Hampton. Where is the flash-light, I need to tell the time!

Very, errm, stealthy.  Should be issued to the British SAS, I'm sure they'd love them. 😀

Stealthy, yes. That sounds like an apt term for this watch!

Finally, a Reverso for the black ops community!

It is totally pointless! But at least is more beautiful than this Bamford and Tag collab that T3 showed in one of his episodes 🤣

Yikes. What's this potty colour. They could have done better with the brown. And this can pass off as a fake Tag.

More people than you'd think just wear a watch as a fashion accessory. They use their phone for the time, so the legibility of the watch is not of primary concern.

To me a watch like that is no worse than most skeletonized watches. I mean, it's pretty obvious in the picture the watch is set to about 10:10, so with a couple of seconds of looking/thinking you'd be able to roughly tell the time in most lighting conditions.

I get your buy in on this & agree. Skeletal watches, gosh that truly is fashion. Who can ever tell the time from one of those.
